I consider Trustpilot to be rubbish as a reviewing platform for various reasons (the main ones being that companies can actively delete any unfavourable reviews, average consumers can't report spam reviews either so effectively companies can game the system). That said, I would like to commend Hex Hosting on a brilliant service. Prices are reasonable, customer support is stellar. If you're after UK-based hosting this is the place to go to.

Nic has been an EXCEPTIONAL host! I had a bit of a Frankenstein setup with my existing domain and email setup but Nic was able to help me resolve every issue I had and I'm now very happy with what I have created. I was recommended Nick at Hex Hosting by a friend, to help transfer my website from my previous host to Hex. After contacting Nick with a very specific requirement of how I wanted my website to look, as well as the addition of an online shop, Nick worked tirelessly and quickly got things up and running. It wasn't the easiest of tasks, but Nick managed to rebuild my website like for like, and he's done an absolutely fantastic job. The plan is much more affordable than my previous host, too! Nick made the experience an absolute breeze for me. Change is something I don't generally like, but Nick handled it all, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was happy and to ask for any edits. I moved away from a long standing hosting platform and was a little nervous about the change. Completely unfounded, smooth transition. Everything set up perfectly, website, integrations and emails. Excellent customer service, very quick responses and someone you can communicate with in the UK. Extremely helpful with easy to understand guidance and nothing is too much trouble. Oh, and it saves a tonne of money, where my last supplier would charge for every little thing as an addition on hex hosting includes it all, seo and everything. Can't recommend enough
