Hex Hosting – Fair Usage Policy (Multi-Site Hosting)

1. Scope

This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) applies to all hosting accounts provided by Hex Hosting. By using our hosting services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Storage Limits

For multi-website hosting accounts:
Each individual website hosted within a single account is allocated a maximum of 50GB of disk space.
The total storage allocation for the hosting account is the sum of the individual website allocations (e.g., 10 websites × 50GB = 500GB).
Storage is intended exclusively for website-related content, including:Website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)CMS installations (e.g., WordPress)Images, media, and email directly associated with the websites

3. Prohibited Usage

The following are strictly prohibited:
Using hosting for file storage, backup, or archiving unrelated to the hosted websites
Hosting or distributing large media files, software, or downloadable content not part of the websites
Hosting any data unrelated to the purpose of the websites or the services provided

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor disk usage and server performance.
Actions for violations include:
Written notice to reduce usage within a specified period
Restriction or suspension of hosting services until compliance is achieved
Termination of the account for repeated or severe violations

5. Interpretation

Excessive usage or prohibited activity as determined by Hex Hosting shall be final. Compliance with this policy is mandatory.

6. Modifications

We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in service or usage requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
