To purchase or use our services, you must be at least 18 years or older.
Payments are accepted via PayPal and Stripe. are accepted. All payments must be made in full before the activation of any service. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase, provided that the service has not been used in violation of our terms.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Hex Hosting is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to customer negligence.
We collect and process customer information through WHMCS for account management, billing, and communication purposes. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms or applicable laws.
Hex Hosting is not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use our services.
All hosting services are subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which sets limits on disk usage and acceptable use for multi-website accounts. By using our services, you agree to comply with the Fair Usage Policy.
Each website hosted under a single account is limited to 50GB of disk space.
The total disk allocation for multi-site accounts is the sum of the individual website allocations.
The Fair Usage Policy also defines prohibited usage, enforcement actions, and account management procedures.
